Wonderful details in the construction of this lounge chair! Carved from heavy, solid wood and masterfully joined together. It has an airy flair to it, with its slatted back and wide, open arms. The afromosia wood frame has a warm colouring similar to old growth teak and displays deep red and brown tones.
The foam and fabric are fresh and new, the webbing in the seat has also been renewed.
Pericopsis elata is a species of flowering plant in the family Fabaceae and is known by the common names African teak, afromosia, afrormosia, kokrodua and assamela.
